Aaron and his team with MEGAH SoftWash did an excellent job washing my home and back patio. He took the extra time to cover my doors and Ring Doorbell Camera to be sure that nothing was damaged. I just assumed that my gutters needed cleaning out, therefore I added this service to my order, however when Aaron arrived he noticed that all of my gutters were clear and did not require cleaning therefore he omitted this service and deducted the cost from my overall bill. Aaron could have charged me for this and I would never have know, however he is obviously an honest man and works for a company who values honesty! We had a house wash, deck wash, and debris removal from our roof by MEGAH. MEGAH communicated effectively about scheduling a visit for an estimate, as well as scheduling service. The team (Alex and Wes) arrived on time on the date of service. They were polite and informative. After the service was complete, Alex described what was done and the couple of problem areas that might not look fully clean and why. After the service, everything looked great.
