MEGAH SoftWash

I am a repeat customer with MEGAH and I am impressed with the results every time. Ian and Nick took care of washing the house to where the paint, siding and trim looks new again and then they removed A LOT of gunk from the driveway left behind by heavy machinery used during Helene debris removal.

I also want to compliment both Ian and Nick for the promptness, communication, professionalism and general friendliness when they came to do the job. They definitely deserve extra kudos!

Lloyd and Malik just came out to clean the gutters of remaining Helene and roofing debris. They did a fantastic job! It was crazy hot today and they completed the job with a smile. I really appreciate that they did an extra walk-around to make sure that everything was sorted top to bottom.

This was my first time doing a SoftWash vs. a power wash and I am now a true convert! Matthew arrived on time and took his time making sure to focus on all the details...he said he likes to go above and beyond and I could tell he takes great pride in his work. My sidewalks had slippery mildew on it and it is completely gone and looks great as well as my home. My last power wash damaged my home, but Megah SoftWash was more effective and did not damage my home at all. I will definitely be a loyal customer!

Ian and Rico did a great job cleaning our patio, driveway, and walkway. I was particularly concerned about a large rust spot we had in our stamped concrete patio…Ian worked meticulously to remove it all! Very happy!

Nick the technician had excellent customer service. He was very professional and pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable. Most of the exterior looks great in the front and back of the house. However there were stains on the right side of the house, beneath the overhang eaves that he was not able to get removed. Nick said he didn’t have the wipes needed to remove that mold stain. It looks horrible. I hope it doesn’t affect the paint job. Also there are brown stains on the right side of the right window sill.

I am updating my review to 5 stars. I was so impressed that Chase contacted me immediately and arranged for a technician to come out the very next day. They didn’t make any excuses. Alex came and he was able to remove every stain. I am very pleased with his work. I recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is excellent. They take pride in their work....
