Their staff is AMAZING! So polite and courteous. They were a true pleasure to work with! And they even obliged my crazy request about keeping birds safe in one of the porch posts that wild birds live in!

I contacted MEGAH a week ago.
I told them I had a very sick kid and I really needed to get the exterior of the home cleaned up immediately.
They came out that day, gave me a quote and told me that they were booked for quite awhile. Then they asked me if they could do bits and pieces until they were done. I said absolutely.

I got back from the hospital in Atlanta with my daughter and they had already completed everything.

The MEGAH team was fantastic to work with. They did a wonderful job all the way from a quote and scheduling to showing up on time and doing an excellent job cleaning our house, roof and driveway. So thankful we did this and will definitely use them again in the future. Zero complaints or frustrations and in this day and age that is hard to come by in this style of business!

Megah SoftWash did a phenomenal job on our home. They pressure washed all of our vinyl siding, soft cleaned the roofs, pressure washed all concrete, cleaned all gutters, plus more. The customer service was superb from the first initial visit to give us a quote to the actual job and beyond. I highly recommend them if you need any pressure washing services. Then to top it off we received a thank you gift in the mail! I wish all businesses provided the same type of customer service! Such a breath of fresh air!

Jacob and his crew did a fine job. They were efficient, professional and my house looks new again.

Cindy was very kind and helpful throughout the scheduling process. She was even able to accommodate my request to have my appointment moved up a few weeks.
