Rico performed a dryer vent cleaning, which is a new service from Megah. He was very professional and courteous. He and the service manager, whose name eludes me, worked together to troubleshoot a small problem and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. I’m pleased as punch.

Terrico did a really good job cleaning our dryer vent. Now I can rest easy that the vent won’t be a worry for a while.

Happened to drive by a neighbor’s residence that was being cleaned one morning. After running my errands, I stopped and spoke with the homeowner and the crew. Took a pic of the side of the truck to get the company info and made a call. Jeff came the next day and provided me a detailed proposal and I selected the projects that were my highest priority. Team Megah met my expectations. In particular, I’ll call out Seth for tackling a very challenging and long overdue gutter clean out. He’s a perfectionist. At the debrief, I found out they also perform dryer vent cleaning, so I’ll get that scheduled.
