Fantastic professional service. The house never looked so good!

GREAT job cleaning, but a poor follow up.
They fell short in protecting our bushes.

I was assured when the estimate was given that bushes and shrubs would be adequately protected from their cleaning chemicals, but from the brown you see in the photo that our landscaping was not protected. All of the bushes nearest the house have been damaged or completely died.
There was a very bad odor after cleaning that was explained to me to be from the algae or organic matter dieing and decaying. One of the owners told me that it happens sometimes and to let them know if it was still there after a good rain. Not the proactive solution that I wanted, but it is what it is.

Aaron was very professional & very nice. He did an excellent job on my home. This is my 2nd time using Megah Softwash & I'll definitely be using you guys again in the future.

I have an event scheduled at my house this weekend. With short notice on Tuesday I messaged them through Facebook for a quote. I received a call from Jasmine within 30 minutes, and explained what I wanted and desire to have it done asap. Ryan came on schedule the next day and we did a quick walk about to explain what I wanted. Within a few minutes, I had an itemized quote that he went over line by line; so that we had a good understanding of the job. Today, Danny and James came to do the work. It looks so good - tables, chairs, sidewalks, patio, porch and ceiling and windows are spotless. The cost was reasonable too. Throughout the process I received texts about schedules. I cannot think of anything that would have made this experience better.
