They seem to have done a good job with their recent work, since person was here who seemed to know what he was doing in March or April ;,but so much heartache - actual suffering - after they originally sold me the system,-assuring me that my problem was solved in December, I think.I had bats throughout winter. I am 84 years old, use a walker and live alone ;and had to endure several episodes of bats flying across my living room, dining room, kitchen area. I felt terribly scared and unsafe in my home, typically the place that is my haven, as our homes are supposed to be. I know noone would have wanted me to experience that, but they should have told me it is difficult to insure the situation in the winter.
