Meerkat Sales Technicians are polite and knowledgeable. Meerkat Phone Service Associates are also very polite and knowledgeable. Meerkat Service Technicians come as advertised and do a wonderful job. Now if they would just learn to communicate between themselves they would have a great service. Having to repeat myself to the Phone Tech after spending a half hour saying the same thing to the Sales Tech was not good. Having to repeat myself to each new service tech has not been wonderful either. The best thing Meerkat can do to improve their product is focus on internal communications.

Absolutely lousy service. Salesman was friendly, Technician (Mark) was absolutely rude, 4 hrs. late for appointment. I left for a previous important appointment, he did nothing. I did not have to be home for exterior work on the house. You were under contract to perform the necessary work. He chose to leave. Talking to him on the phone after I returned, he was absolutely rude. He did nothing and informed me I had two more visits left, one to install exit portals and one to lock them off. The original entry points that were discussed and agreed upon in the contract were not addressed and corrected as directed. There was a great deal of sealing up the salesman assured me would be done, that is not. The total contract was roughly $4200. of which I paid half up front. So you have done nothing for $2100.
