I gave three stars due to mixed results. We contracted mainly for carpenter ants. Meerkat exterminated them, doing a wonderful job. But...the communication lacks. I still have one tick treatment left but I have no idea when or if it will be scheduled. I have never received the reports that were promised (three occasions). So I'd give the product and results four or five stars but the company could use some work with communications and scheduling.

I reviewed your account, and it appears that we went out to do your tick treatment initially, but it was rained out, and it took a while to get back on the schedule. The last tick treatment was on 9/7, I would recommend we do the treatment mid-October to maximize the effect of the treatment and to help break their life cycle before going into the winter months.
