they’ve visited my home at least 3 times in the past month, each time they somehow find a new nest of yellow jackets. the yellow jackets are inside of my house, everywhere. i’m 8 months pregnant and getting stung and the issue is never resolved. there’s always an excuse and the technician always has to “come back another day”. my house is quite literally FULL of aggressive bees. i think they thought the issue was going to be easier to fix than it is, but we were promised it would be taken care of after the first and second visit and it’s still horrible. nothing has gotten better.

We still have a number of yellow jackets around the one nest in the wall of the house under the soffit. There is also a large number of European hornets that are invading the ridge vent over the sun-room. The technician said he is not allowed to go on roofs so he tried to spray them over the edge of the roof, which apparently has had no effect. This is a roof that is in need of replacement but cannot happen until the hornets are destroyed.
