I had a completely expectation of the experience. I originally called Meerkat because I had snakes in my attic. During the original consult we agreed on sealing, spray foaming and sanitizing and that the basement would be included. After my 3 visits from the Meerkat crew, I was surprised when the attic didn’t get spray-foamed and the the crew forgot to sanitize the attic. I called Brayden and he explained that they don’t spray foam attics and the attic sanitize I purchased was only an aerosol. So even though the attic was where the infestation is, not much was done there. It was misleading.
