Your technician (Hector)was out to my home to perform bee and wasp service on 06/02. I was not at home but he took the time to call me when he arrived to ask me what I had been seeing around the home, what my priority areas for treatment were, patiently answered my questions, and even had the courtesy to ask if I wanted him to remove the plastic covering I had spread to protect my mint plants. Very nice and knowledgeable man and overall a seamless experience with the office staff as well.
