I was originally told that my rental property would be restored from the damage that a grey squirrel did around a dryer vent to the exterior wall which is Stowe. I was told that it would be repaired with the same material.All your company did was trap a squirrel and slap some flashing over the damage which was pretty extensive and charge me close to $2000.Unacceptable by anyone’s standards and I have been in customer service for 40 years.You also charged my credit card without my authorization. I go to 8 to 10 houses a day to perform customer service and guess what the topic of conversations will be?Customer satisfaction and you failed!
