I paid over $10,000 for my house to be sealed and bat and mice and squirrel removal in 2021. it is now 2023 and I still have bats. The people they send are not sealing the openings properly and they have not solved the problem. I have bat defecation in my attack and I found a dead bat in my mud sink. I called to complain and they said a manager would call me back and no one has returned my call. I had a bat fly above my head a couple of days ago and am afraid to stay in the house at night. I am also afraid for my dog. This service is unacceptable.
