First of all , Meerkat is an extremely attentive and prompt outfit . It’s run very well . My problem has been getting lured into much more of a plan than I’d ever intended . Beware the aggressive upsell !
I’ also feel as if there might be too many cooks in the kitchen and they’re not always talking to each other. As the customer, I’ve found already that you, yourself , have to know what’s supposed to be done
Be prepared to be inundated with attention! Phone calls ! People checking mouse traps every other day ! Emails ! You cannot say that they’re not customer friendly, that’s for sure !!!
