The first year they came to my home the worker was kind and thorough. I unfortunately had unexpected serious financial issues occur the following year and canceled the services. They refused to let my cancel even when explaining my crisis. I was struggling to keep my house, then had a roof leak and my car was in an accident. I have guardianship of 2 grandchildren to support. I was having a hardship. They showed up at my house when I wasn't home while it was raining, but I pulled in shortly after they arrived there. The worker stated, he just went around my windows but since it's raining he won't do the service. I actually had already sprayed around my windows 2 day prior and had already made it clear I CAN NOT AFFORD THE SERVICE. I had begged to cancel.
