Since I entered Janella greeted me and assisted me. I came in for an employment physical and Was quickly in and out. Will be coming back for any urgent needs! Janella has great customer service.

Called Saturday Night to Inquire about X Ray. I was Told he will be in on Sunday @ 8:30 AM.
Made an appointment @ 2:30 PM for 3 PM. Checked in @ 3 PM. I was told @ 3:15 PM, X Ray tech is not in until Tuesday.
Seems like they need to Work on how they operate the Business. Why waste client’s Time?

Courteous, professional and friendly medical staff made my visit pleasant and sweet. I was a walk in but the staff at the desk and Technician, Louise, made the process go very smoothly. I was finished and on my way very fast thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful people they have. 🕺🕺🕺

Urgent care was nice and clean. Went here on a Saturday but I came back the day after because they didn’t have an xray tech that day which could be understandable. I walked in without an appointment and it didn’t take too long. Maria the PA was great, she was friendly and extremely helpful. She gave me different options for my care and answered all my questions. I would love to be seen by her again. She as well as the xray tech established great rapport. But the front desk girl that was Asian with blonde hair had the worst customer service ever. On my first visit she was rude, dismissive, rolled her eyes, and cut me off mid sentence when I asked about my insurance. Very unprofessional. She was also rude on the phone. They should change her job if they can’t fire her because she is not qualified to be welcoming in patients that are sick or in pain. I’m glad she wasn’t there when I...
