Maria was great ! I came in Sunday morning and she attended me with a lot of care.

My son came in with an ear infection. He was crying and so uncomfortable so I took him outside to wait in the car. Within about five minutes I got a phone call saying they had a room ready and one of the nurses had come out to look for us. Great customer care! This is my go to urgent care. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish I knew their names so I could give them personal kudos on here, but I don’t so I just want to say thank you to all that helped today.

Terrible experience. My tongue is discolored and very painful. It feels like it is on fire. Literally! Not only did the doctor not fully examine my mouth. She called in the wrong prescription. The pharmacist said what she prescribed cannot be taken orally at all. I spoke with AFC urgent care office with the pharmacist from CVS on speaker who asked her did she mean to call in an eczema cream for the inside of my mouth. The doctor hung up the phone saying she was too busy to talk. We called back again, the front desk said they were changing the prescription but that prescription also cannot be taken orally. It was clear the doctor had no clue what to prescribe. The wrong medication can have severe consequences. It’s not ok. As a patient I feel unseen, mistreated, wrongfully diagnosis, discriminated against and definitely prescribed unsafe medication.

The staff was great great service took care of my issues. My only complaint would be my wait time I had an appointment set at 11:15 and I wasn't seen till 1:30 pm

I had a great experience at AFC. I had been dealing with an ear infection that was getting worse over the last couple of weeks. It was so bad it had been triggering daily headaches. My PCP provider is going on maternity leave, so it is hard to get an appointment. I also can’t take a lot of time off work. My husband suggested I go to AFC. He had treated there for an eye injury and said he was amazed with how great the clinic and providers are at AFC. I went last Saturday and was treated by Maria Fernandez. She was wonderful! Despite it being flu season still, she saw me very quickly. She was able to diagnose the issue with my ear. She flushed it and prescribed drops and medication to clear up my ear infection. Speedy and kind service with an appointment

The Folks down at AFC Torrance were URGENT! Today I had to get a physical for my commercial drivers license done. I didn’t have an appointment, but was able to schedule one for that same day on line I showed up and Louise at the front desk had me checked in before I even walked through the door! I didn’t even have to wait inside. I got to relax in my car till she called me on my phone to tell me I was ready to be seen! Once in the office, Janella took my vitals and made sure that I was comfortable while i waited in the room. I wasn’t in that room for more than 10 minutes Before Dr. Kerwin walked in. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my physical with easy. I had my paperwork and was on my way to the DMV by 11am. Thanks guys for all your help! And I highly recommend anybody in need to pay AFC Torrance a visit!
