Excellent! So honest. I came in for an eye injury that needed to be analyzed by an ophthalmologist. The doctor came out and told me this instead of charging me for the consult. Most other offices would have admitted me and charged me unnecessarily. This will be my first choice for urgent care for me and my family in the future...although I hope it's never needed LOL!. Thank you!!

Short wait time and friendly, professional staff.

I went to this urgent care after having a horrible cold and not being able to get into my primary care doctor. I was seen by their nurse practitioner Kari. She listened to my concerns first and then proceeded to do a thorough examination. Answered any questions I had and provided necessary antibiotics. Kari had amazing bedside manner which most providers in my experience tend to lack.

I called this morning to see if they could do a throat swab, the woman said yes, I drive all the way down there, and a different woman tells me that they are “short staffed“ and she needs to check to see if they can do a throat swab, she comes back and says they’re only doing Covid tests today. The waiting room was empty. Waste of time and there’s no one there to treat patients!

It was a great experience! Even though there was many people they made sure to address your concerns as fast as possible. The staff was considerate and nice and would make sure the patient was comfortable at all times. Everyone was great and it was a good experience!
