The most lovely urgent care experience I’ve had — the facility was clean, staff was kind & helpful, the turnaround time of getting seen was quick/efficient, they knew what they were doing, & I left with everything I needed to recover. Highly recommend!

I am not the type of person to do any reviews but after what I saw today I felt the need to do so. I was at this urgent care around 5:15 with a family member for a covid test and I saw the way a patient tried to talk down to a staff member in the front office. If I’m not mistaking it has got to be the person a few reviews below me complaining about her not being treated correctly and having all these other people do reviews. I saw when this girl threw her id at the staff member, kept demanding to be seen right away and so many other things. Listen hunny, you need to learn some manners. You can’t go through life like that. Having people write reviews or have your family post reviews when you were treated with respect from what me and my family member saw along with the other patients that were in the lobby. I am more than willing to speak to anyone who needs to know about the situation...
