I wouldn't recommend here unless you have no option. Especially if out of network.
1. Waiting for an hour to see a doctor. (entering at 8:20 met doctor at 9:35) Although I made an appointment at 8:30AM, prior registered/put all my information in their system (including ID, insurance card, etc.)
2. No proper receipt provided for out-of-network. I got a kind of receipt, but there's no specific details that my insurance company require for claim. I reach out them (no email contact option) requested sending the document me via email.
The answer was 'no email' and 'that's all we provide you for receipt'.
