The staff is wonderful. You may have to wait to see a Dr but I've found if you do the online check in the wait time is shorter.

Started the process Thursday got my results Tuesday.
My goodness where do I start. The first day (Thursday) I went was a great expierence. Nobody was waiting, got my blood drawn, completed my physical and paid quickly ($250 total). Ugh on monday they called me saying they will have to draw my blood again because the lab (lab quest) I believe didn’t pick up my sample. Then I waited days for my results when I got them they only sent one page and I had to wait hours for the other page. The manager Art is amazing the office would probably fail without him. I drew my blood painless and effortlessly. And I only got my full lab report because he did it himself after day of me going back and fourth. The lady that drew my blood did an ok job but when she pulled out the needle is hurt really bad idk why I’m a nurse and get my blood drawn frequently so no sure why it hurt when she pulled...

My husband Romeo visited AFC on March 6 ,2023. Ms. GINA the NP was exceptional.Very kind and knows what she's doing. We went home all his results lab work x ray covid test were done in just a couple of hours. The nurse and the staffs are on top of the care they give. THANK YOU.AFC
YOUR CARE MAKES A LOT OF DIFFERENCE.

Spent 3 1/2 in hours in there and the staff was not trained or qualified in medical capability, and they did not have the equipment as an example they were no IVs. There is no one trained to give an IV even though that's something the doctor recommended for dehydration.

Also, there is a massive disconnect between the assistant who would come in the room versus what the doctor was stating so a big breakdown in communication

This place should be shut down

I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone. I needed a TB Skin test for my school and they were able to get me in and out so quickly and were very helpful. I’m so glad I chose this urgent care.

Awful. I was only patient and there for hours. 4 days later and still no test results I ended up in ER. All the tests AFC did had to be repeated. One star is for the woman that did the ekg and xrays. No website and patient portal. Neighbors had similar experience.

Everyone was super caring, concerned, supportive. I received timely care & team was knowledgeable and professional.

I am always hesitant about going to urgent care, but I wish I had gone sooner.

I would definitely return and recommend AFC urgent care to anyone and everyone who needs medical care.
