Came in to get a DOT physical, staff and nurses were friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy.

I’m not going back to this urgent care , they always have issues about payment , they keep charging us even if we already paid for the copay , if we ask for a receipt they only gonna give us a copy of printed serial number . And not an official receipt. Now they charging us of $70 dollars when my son only came there to visit to get check a covid test.

The ease of being able to seek treatment here was amazing. Very minimal wait times and amazing staff. Thank You Janella and Louise for making our visit stress free.

horrible experience. rooms are dirty, waiting time there is hours of waiting. there is no communication between the employees there. i was left in a room for hours.. i had to go and look for someone and told them, im still in that room.. dont forget about me... the girl said sorry, rrally busy.. i understand that. she came right after that to do my exam... then was taken to another room for xrays and was fast... the guy told me to go back to the previous room to finish my exam... after an jour waiting in that room again, i came out again looking for someone... j asked how much longer are my exams gonna take?? ive been waiting here for hours.. the girl said, ur still here??? we are done with you.. i said, nooo.. the xray guy said to wait in that room so you guys can finish my exam.. she said, we are done with everything... and she asked the guy why he had told me to go back to the...

Efficient, kind, caring, didn’t feel rushed

Forget the online check in, waste of time. Checked in online at 5pm, online said to be there at 7pm for my 7:15 appointment. I arrived at 6:50 and checked in. After waiting an hour and a half (8:20) i asked how many more people were in front of me, she said “oh she was just about to call you.” The nurse takes us back, does vitals and sends us back to the waiting room. Finally we’re called back to a room at 9pm, where we wait until 9:50, just for a doctor to come in and talk to us for 1 minute. 😑

Beyond aggravating! Definitely don’t recommend. Only came here because I thought the online check in would be convenient. Don’t bother, go to Torrance Memorial Urgent Care and get way better service and care!
