AFC Urgent Care Torrance

Amazing service from the front desk staff. The nurse practitioner Remy, was excellent! Very knowledgeable, thoughtful and through! Glad I was able to make it in. Thanks to the entire team for such great care!

Urgent Cares are typically time consuming, but this Urgent Care was highly organized and expedient! The employees were all very nice and helpful.

My visit was excellent! Quick and efficient.

The first time I went there was for urgent care. I made an appointment and was taken care of immediately. The second time I went was also for urgent care when I was sick enough to go to the ER but not wanting to risk hospitalization. Again, I made an appointment and it was promptly honored. Dr. Genato examined me and took excellent care of me. She asked whether I had a primary care physician and since mine just retired, I was very happy to establish with her. I returned twice for treatment of the second condition, and once for a physical. The appointment are kept, and Dr. Genato is a very caring physician. I have not had any billing concerns. I am delighted I found this practice.

Horrible experience!
The NP refused to see my son and was discrimating due to him looking and sounding different. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional.
I would stay away from this facility at all costs. We left after being treated like he wasn’t even human to another urgent care and we’re treated right away. All we needed was a simple X-ray to rule pneumonia out. Which we got elsewhere and he didn’t even have. Their NPs need different jobs they’re clueless and not confident in their profession.
Why take oaths to administer healthcare then turn teenagers away due to them being different? Horrible people.

I usually do not write review, but this time I felt I had to....I had really bad cough for 10 days, I walked in for seeking treatment. First receptionist is unfriendly, and Waiting room was freezing. No Doctor was available, a person who treaded me was PA (physical assistant). This PA did not have enough experience treating people. He prescribe me cold medication which dod not work at all. I will never go back there again....10 days later I still had bad cough, I went to another place, I got 3 different medication, it worked. In 3 days, I am almost over this Cough.
I felt I wasted my time going in AFC. Bad experience.
