AFC Urgent Care Torrance

Wait time was very short. Slow Sunday. I could complete registration paperwork in advance online which was pretty simple. Staff was all professional. Dr treated me like they were part of my team and I was allowed to ask questions and challenge the treatment commendation. I'm my limited experience I feel Drs are often annoyed when you question their plan. I'm from out of the area so the only problem I had was they couldn't confirm my insurance coverage so I had to submit it myself. But I will come again if I need urgent care in this area in the future

Nice facility. No waiting on a Sunday afternoon.

We were probably the last appointment of the day right before they closed. They were able to get a diagnosis for my daughter’s stomach pain so quickly. Every person on that staff who was working is kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. I’m so grateful this facility was open as late as it was and they were able to help us.

went in to get my ankle checked and the doctor spent 2 min looking at my ankle and gave me zero useful advice or feedback. Then prescribed me inflammation pill and the prescription never actually got to the pharmacy so not sure if they were asleep or what. It literally felt like they gave zero sh*ts about me and just wanted to get me in and out.
