AFC Urgent Care Torrance

There was no wait. Everything is digital be prepared to fill all the paperwork out on your phone and you have to take pictures of your drivers license and insurance card. It took a while to do this. The girl at the front desk was rude and told me that I would be responsible for my co-pay and 20% of the services provided. I repeatedly told her that I already met my deductible and I’ve never had to pay 20% of the services at any urgent care before. Another employee overheard and walked up and said I was right and I already met my deductible and would only have to pay my copay. The girl didn’t even apologize. Bad customer service!

The Physician Assistant and Radiologist was nice. We were in and out pretty quick. Office was clean and spacious.

This place is wonderful! I needed some fast and urgent care and this place was so great. They were very fast, efficient and super clean. The doctor and receptionist were both very kind and helpful. It’s not often you find a place like this, but man was I impressed by how much they just care. Thanks for making a difference!

Told me my insurance is covered over the phone maybe go through the entire stupid registration information filling out all the forms before they told me I wasn’t in net work and it would be $400 to get some anabiotic‘s. Complete waste of time and I think that’s a bait and switch. They won’t tell you over the phone because they wanna get you in there and try to get you to agree to it for the exorbitant fees. Really disappointing this place.

AFC Urgent Care

My experience at this urgent care was very positive. I was greeted by name when I walked in the door. How amazing is that? There was hardly any wait time. I went here for a pre employment drug test. I booked my appointment online. Walk in was also available. The gentlemen at the front desk were professional, polite and pleasant. The drug test physician was awesome.

The overall experience was one of the best medical urgent care facilities in the South Bay.
