Im Amanda and my daughter is Rose, we moved here in march and we dont have doctors out here so we chose afc for our medical care and I have to say thank you to staff for your support and kindness and how you care. It makes a difference and i am so happy to be in your care. Thank you.

Very friendly and professional admin staff. Louise at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated and that my elderly father who needed urgent care, was seen that very same day. To make a long story short, my father made changes to his insurance plan and the authorization with still pending. Louise went out of her way to call the insurance company to make sure that my dad could be treated due to incompetence from the insurance company's end. Thank you so much for being so persistent with the insurance company and making it happen.

My son had a fractured pinky . We waited 1.5 hours to be seen . There was very few people in front of us kind of disappointed it took so long . When we were seen the technician who took the X-rays was very kind to my son and made him feel less stressed.

I did the drug screening test. Louise was very nice and professional. The place was clean.

The MA Janella was really kind and provided great service. I’ve come here a few times and it’s always been a good experience. Thanks!
