I made an appointment at 4 o'clock today and went 30 minutes early to wait for my son's treatment. She didn't call us at 4:30 p.m., so I asked the receptionist
and she said there was nothing she could do, so she asked me "If you wanted to make an appointment for another day or cancel it?" so I canceled it and came home. I don't know why I have to make an appointment if I can't keep my appointment like this. It was so unpleasant.

Came with my elderly father who was traveling from abroad and developed a localized infection. The doctor drained it, dressed the wound, gave medication and did the after care for the next two weeks. She was caring, knowledgeable, made sure to know his medication,etc. We always felt he got the best treatment.
The front desk personal is also nice, efficient and ready to help.
Summarizing, this has become the urgent care for my family. Thank you for everything.
Note: I have no idea why the first time I reviewed, the details didn't post, hope the 5 star rating is clear now!

We went in for my son's consultation with his right knee injury. I dont like the way they manage their services such that we had to wait for the xray technician bec he has been going in and out of the xray room to attend to some things that other staff needed him for. I think they should focus on one activity at a time to reduce errors bec a person who has a lot in his plate would be working chaotic bec his attention is divided. They had to repeat the xrays of my son bec the previous one who took over the guy's work did not do it correctly exposing my son to more radiation than he is supposed to. This is not right at all. The technician almost forgot to place the lead apron before he took xrays and he even said it is low radiation which for me yes it may be low radiation but it is still radiation and no one would want to be more expose to radiation.

In and out fast. My grandaughter needed a x-ray if her arm and they were able to do it there in the office. Customer service great frim checking in to checking out. Our 2nd time at this location and the 1st time was equally fantastic. Will definately return as needed.
