No matters what your emergency situation ,all staff would greet you ,my PCP didnt response me and gave me a appointment date which probably wouldnt good for any patient I have decided to change that PCP and now I have decided to keep one from here :) btw Dr Khalid helped me in my painful and fever situation on my urgent care visit .Blessings & Prayers for all of you. I never will be back to this clinic ever again.Recepcionists are lazy to do their jobs, They had me calling ,back 2 or 3 times for an error with picking up my prescription,they only answered my call once out of those 3 times i called them, I had a foot infection,and had to take that medication right away, for almost 24 hours i still couldn't get it,cause they did not send it to my pharmacy ,or they send it to the wrong location.I literally had to go ,drive there and tell me what was going on, and even after that visit,still didnt help me as they supposed to.I am not going to give them good reviews,at all, i am not saying all stuff there is careless,the doctors, and doctors assistants were really ,nice and helpful,but not the receptionists,thry seem to not care about their jobs, and their patients, and even worse they never gave me an apology....
