AFC Urgent Care Torrance

Fast service and a friendly staff. Took me in right away

To start, making an appointment online was so easy, then completing registration online made it so fast to get checked in. Since i have to pay for services out of pocket, i didnt feel like it was super expensive. The PA Danny, the MA that roomed me, and the xray tech were all very kind.

Horrible service felt more like self service.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because all staff is pleasant and you are seen relatively quickly. My only issue that I feel needs to be addressed is that their website claims to offer a wide variety of services, which is a LIE. I referenced their website and the provider said the website was inaccurate and that they’ve been trying to get the info down for 2 years ?? Who is responsible for this… In short, the service I needed was not actually offered and my visit was a waste of time. Do better AFC Corporate.

When I arrived, there were two ladies at the front desk and one of the front desk agents came across very rude and unhelpful. Because of that, I will not be going back to this urgent care. When one’s sick or trying to help someone who is sick, it’s already a stressful situation, the last thing anyone wants is to receive that kind of unnecessary service.

I absolutely love the staff here. Always feel welcomed Anytime anyone in my family gets sick or needs medical attention I come here knowing that we will be well tooken care of. Communication is on point never super long wait times even when they are swamped and understaffed. Thank you all for being so amazing I appreciate it. 🙏
