AFC Urgent Care Torrance

Came to get checked for the third time and Maria PA has been so kind, wish she was here more on the weekends!

Went there for my leg injury and met a beautiful doctor named Maria who assisted me with my Injury, she was very polite and did not rush.

On Christmas Eve, I sought care at urgent care for severe pain in my left knee. The physician assistant, Maria Fernandez, was exceptional in quickly identifying the root cause of the issue. She demonstrated great diligence in outlining an effective treatment plan and provided clear guidance for follow-up care, all in a timely and efficient manner. Her professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated.

My man brought me here last night at 7:04 and they said they close at 8 and they take their last walk in at 7:30. I had an excruciating migraine. It was so bad that I couldn’t open my eyes and if I did I’d end up vomiting. The front desk lady and the doctor turned me away AND it wasn’t even 7:30 yet. They made up some excuse that they had to undergo a medical procedure then they changed their story and said that they just don’t accept walk ins after 7:30, again, I told them it’s only 7:04 pm. My poor boyfriend was asking for help and asked them which closest urgent care can we go to and they showed no sympathy or compassion. This is unethical, unprofessional, insane and inhumane! I hope they see this!!!!!!!

Very Professional, all the staff which includes the Manger are very helpful. Not long waiting, and so pleasant. There office is so polite and helpful in all categories when need something for you JOB.

I was 5 minutes late for a employer mandated urine drug screen (literally all I have to do is pee in a labeled cup) and they made me wait 35 minutes and still counting… go elsewhere. I’m an MD at a county hospital so I’ve seen slow but this degree of slow is unacceptable

I took my toddler to that urgent care and the experience was really bad. There was just one nurse and one PA. They do not have any other staff. The wait time was more than 4 hours. They didn’t even review the results with us. I don’t prefer anyone to go there.

wonderful and tgey have patience to deal with patience problem. they give you enough time to registet and paperwork .i recomend to everyone

Completely incompetent and appointment slots are deceptive. Had an appointment at a specific time, but 40 minutes later, still was not called. Front desk staff sent my info to the wrong insurance company and told me I had no insurance. I kept telling them they were calling the wrong company, but they didn't care and did nothing. Confirmed my active coverage the next day. I wasted my day and got no care because of them. Horrible.

Had a wonderful experience this morning. Had some issues with my insurance but Louise was so helpful and patient was able to get it all situated. Definitely best urgent care in the area
