I love going to this urgent care! There super nice and super fast your in and out in less than 30 minutes and that’s the best part! There very caring as well

Felt very dismissed. Dr asked if I had a hernia with bulging or redness, I said ‘I don’t know’ but he didn’t look at it. Gave me a urine test for a uti when I said I’d never had one in my life. (I’m almost 50) Told me this was for a female doctor and couldn’t even pronounce peri-menopause. He also said that I needed to change my lifestyle though he didn’t ask how I eat, life my life, what I do for work etc, just assumed i don’t have a good lifestyle because I’m in a larger body. Because he didn’t know what my issue was, he told me it would probably go away on its own and left. Worst bedside manner ever. I should have used Dr google and saved my $40 copay.

The wait time is terrible! The desk staff isn't always in place. People come in and have to wait for the staff for a long time to be seen. Then, they have to wait over an hour and a half to see the nurse, and then wait for about an hour to see the doctor. Total more than 2hrs ,The doctor see you for only two minutes and he leaves. I haven't had a personalized experience. Your staff needs more training in customer care!

So happy I found this place and it’s close to home. I made an appointment online and when I showed up, they were ready for me. It was fast, convenient and I received the care I needed. The prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy which made it simple.

Easily the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I just needed a quick urine test and I had brought supplies, prepared to wait at least an hour. Nope, in and out in under half an hour. The check-in process was smooth and easy with your phone. Louise was friendly and helpful both at the front desk and when proctoring the test in the back. I forgot to ask if they have an X-ray but if I needed something again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here.

It was great blood drawn very good nompain , the doctor gave a lot of advices for my blodd pressure and my diabetis as well.

Physician Louise was the Prettiest and funniest lady to do her job. She made the process comfortable and friendly. She should be the manager here, because she'll have it right around here ❤️

I was scheduled for my pre-employment medical here. The facility is clean and the staffs are nice. I like that the forms are to be filled out online. The test was conducted swiftly and efficiently by Louise. Great service - thank you!
