10/10! All members of the staff were genuine, seemed to truly care and very efficient! I was in and out within an hour! It was close to closing time, but I wasn’t rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Every person I came in contact with, from the front desk, to the medical staff, everyone was so nice! I was there Thursday night, 12/4/25 🤗

Just wanted to highlight the great job of Bethel. She is so nice and looks like experienced.  She’s helped me few times already. She is really the kind of person to be attending patients.  She is very nice, she has patience and sweet and very caring and experienced. She’s awesome!

I am deeply concerned about the level of professionalism and basic clinical accuracy at this facility. I visited with my son today, and while the nurse practitioner conducted a thorough examination and ordered appropriate tests, the clinic was unable to provide clear and accurate dosage instructions to the pharmacy.

CVS informed me that they could not fill the prescription because the clinic failed to calculate the correct dosage based on my son’s weight — one of the most fundamental responsibilities in pediatric care. I waited for over an hour, yet the correct prescription was still not provided. Eventually, CVS told me they would text me once they receive the corrected prescription, but they have no idea when that will be because the clinic has still not responded with the proper information.

This is not a minor mistake; it is a serious lapse in clinical...

I've been here several times before.I always have excellent customer service. There's usually not a long wait at all.Sometimes I have done walk ins as well. Today I was greeted by Jason he was very helpful and assisted me with check.In. Yemmi was my medical assistant. She's very kind and helpful. Norris has helped me on multiple occasions. He's very friendly, caring of his patience and goes above and beyond. Overall the experience here is great. They have great physicians and are wonderful. NP Nguyen was excellent as well. I highly recommend. The staff are great

Best, budget and quick care available in town

Really nice staff, made me feel well taken care of and respected. Plus the guy working the desk likes good anime :p
