Horrible experience, I have never been turned away from UC. I was a walk-in customer, completed the form on the desk and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I decided to add all my insurance information on the form and leave my military ID and CDL at the desk to avoid getting up again because it was quite painful. A gentleman approached from behind the desk and said we have 45 more minutes until we close and do you see the people waiting, we need to see 2 more people in 45 minutes who have appointments. (45 minutes was closer to 60 minutes) because we close at 5pm. You will need to go somewhere else. I asked for the nearest UC but I could see it was an inconvenience for him so I said that was ok, I would complete my own search to receive medical care despite I was sitting there for 20+ minutes waiting.
If the UC only wants to see people by appointment then do not waste people's time...

Fast and Efficient service !

I had a rib contusion and hand abrasion from falling down a bike. With a trip coming up, I decided to get it checked and seek some medical advice. That’s when I booked an urgent care appointment at AFC. The check-in process was super easy and the people were very nice and warm. The end-to-end process was seamless and quick, I got done in 45 mins (including checking my vitals, an X-ray scan, and consultation with the doctor). They also gave me a breathing device to help heal my ribs contusion faster! Loved my visit and would definitely recommend this place to others.

They are great here-clean, professional and received excellent care with little wait. They sent me to a great foot doctor for a referral and took a super quick x-ray. Highly recommend.

This urgent care is great! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I went there to get a tetanus shot, and I did not have an appointment but they accept walk-ins. It all went great, and Sanjani, the person who gave me the vaccine, was very friendly and competent.

Imaging made an appointment online that involves tons of questions, upload pics of DL and insurance card, then was told they can’t do any practice due to whatever network issue they have… worst experience ever.

Great service, the nurses and doctor were very kind and really wanted to help me feel better. I walked in feeling really bad and was diagnosed right away. Would definitely return and recommend.
