Excellent care

Should have read all the reviews before going. They welcome walk in but that is a trap. Initially paid for a TB test then they insisted that the result was not clear and asked me to pay three times more for a blood test. This place is unbelievably dishonest. Avoid it at all cost.

I was bracing myself for being told they couldn't help me, but I was pleasantly surprised : they went above and beyond. Rather than being confrontational about my condition and my request for a particular medicine since I have had this condition for years - they listened, asked questions to determine if it was the right course of action and treated me accordingly. Everyone from the desk agent to the medical assistant to the provider made an effort to ensure I was comfortable, even when taking my blood and providing an injection - she was careful and attentive. They also made sure I had access to and from the facility and opened doors for me since I was using a mobility aid that limited the use of my hands. I will be definitely be coming back. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

Great experience fast and friendly

I have been to a few urgent care’s and this one is by far the best. Staff was friendly and the inside was super nice. No wait time, I came a Wednesday at 5pm.

Unfortunately, the treating nurse was rude, uncaring and uninformed. He slammed the door if you can imagine! I hate to give any business one star, but I can't not do it because of this man's unusual and upsetting bedside manner. Everyone else was kind and professional.

Fast and easy. The place was very clean and the two ladies that helped me were very nice.
