I’ve now been here twice and had the same experience - despite having an appointment, each time I had to wait over an hour. Everything seems to take a very long time, whether have an appointment or not. Even with no one in the waiting room, it still seemed to take unreasonably long.

The only plus side is that they often have same-day appointments available.
