From the moment I met with Chris and Nicki from MediCall I felt that they had my uncle’s best interest in mind. The next day they visited with my uncle and they made a plan and a schedule for his in home visits. My uncle really appreciated the caregivers help and her company. From the beginning I had a positive feeling about the people they employ. The woman that met with us to setup services was very professional, yet relaxed enough that I didn't feel pressure.
I really appreciated their help finding insurance based PT and OT. They went out of their way to make sure that my uncle had follow-up care.
