I recently got into a car accident and did not know what to do. I was recommended by a friend to Sargon Law group and I’m sooo happy I found them. Sargon was recommended to me. The service at first was compassionate and seemed to be very put together. Unfortunately when it came time to start the actual settlement process the paralegal was terrible at communicating. I had to follow up on my own accord monthly for several months. The information given during these calls were incorrect and misleading. After 3 months of dealing with a paralegal an attorney finally called and was combative (great characteristic in an aggressive attorney just didn’t need it aimed at me) when I asked about the details of my case. In the end it was settled and I received payment. They get 3 stars because of start and finish. The middle would get 1 star.***UPDATE*** Sargon called and asked for a retraction because it affects his business. Did not offer an apology for the way I was treated. He solely focused on how my honest review affects his business...

So helpful! Explained everything very well and I never felt out of the loop! Hope I never need them again but if I do I'll be back!
