Unfortunate results.. used them twice now, first time seemed pretty smooth and they were very communicative. Second time, I’ve been ghosted and left with no answers and no communication now for maybe 3 months almost and we started this second case almost one year ago... Have no idea where my case went or what happened. Seems like they might have too much on their hands. I even referred a family member to them… I regret doing so. Will not use them in the future again.
