MCRM Fertility

It has taken me a while to be able to write this because I don’t know if it is possible to accurately put into words how grateful I am for this office. My ivf journey, like so many others, was not an easy road to navigate. My team was always there for me, including everyone else in the office. My questions and concerns were always met with well thought out responses and I felt as though they were fighting with me every step of the way. I am forever grateful for every single person there who helped us through our journey.

Deceitful, money hungry and careless people. The doctor didn’t want to do enough ultrasounds and assumed when I would be ready for retrieval… and he was wrong! Also suggested a treatment course that every other doctor we consulted said was the worst way anyone could go take. The billing person gave us one pricing and after we signed paperwork and started treatment changed pricing about the next steps… Go somewhere else.

It is so hard to believe how far we have come. We originally started with another fertility clinic and had multiple bad experiences including rude and unprofessional personnel, poor explanations of care and felt like we hardly had any decisions in our care. This lead us to switch to MCRM and we could not have made a better decision! I highly recommend MCRM to any individual seeking fertility assistance- do it right the first time and save yourself some money and time! From the small things like a comforting lobby to the big things like compassionate and caring staff- we received excellent care during our IVF and transfer procedures. We were prepared and educated well by Dr. Alexander, Maggie, Manda and all of the nurse coordinators and staff and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. It is clear to see that the personnel at MCRM enjoy what they do and are invested in...

I didn't have the best experience with this clinic but I was able to get pregnant on the first attempt with IVF.

-Both my coordinators were really good at listening to concerns and escalating any concerns I had.

-Some of the staff were pleasant and very nice. Maggie and NP Laura were amazing during my ultrasound appts. Both ladies showed so much compassion and took time explaining things to me.

-I didn't have the best experience with Dr. Aubuchon. On a few occasions she was rude and didn't explain things well. I had a scare at 9 weeks and was crying when she walked in and she just asked me to explain what was going on. No compassion or care was shown nor given. She didn't explain to me in a way I could understand what was happening, so I had to call my OB and have them explain it.

-Multiple occasions I was given wrong instructions...

MCRM exceeded our expectations. The staff is professional, extremely welcoming, and they genuinely care. MCRM is a hidden gem and the staff takes a lot of Pride in all that they do. You can rest easy knowing all your questions will be addressed. We never ever felt left in the dark. As far as the facility goes, they have top of the line equipment. The business is kept extremely clean, neat, and very organized. They also provide an array of classes to suite your needs. We are very happy with MCRM. Keep up the good work!

I had a really great experience with MCRM. The whole process and options were always clearly stated. They were organized in my appointment scheduling and result reviewing, and the next steps were always clear. Office staff was friendly and they were all timely and efficient with the appointments. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
