I didn't have the best experience with this clinic but I was able to get pregnant on the first attempt with IVF.

-Both my coordinators were really good at listening to concerns and escalating any concerns I had.

-Some of the staff were pleasant and very nice. Maggie and NP Laura were amazing during my ultrasound appts. Both ladies showed so much compassion and took time explaining things to me.

-I didn't have the best experience with Dr. Aubuchon. On a few occasions she was rude and didn't explain things well. I had a scare at 9 weeks and was crying when she walked in and she just asked me to explain what was going on. No compassion or care was shown nor given. She didn't explain to me in a way I could understand what was happening, so I had to call my OB and have them explain it.

-Multiple occasions I was given wrong instructions...

MCRM will always have a special place in our hearts. Dr. Ahlering, Shawnie, Lauren, & the rest of the phenomenal MCRM staff helped us create our perfect little family, & we are forever grateful. IVF is a stressful and overwhelming process no matter which clinic you choose. But we never questioned our decision to work with MCRM. There was never any doubt that they always had our best interests at heart, and they did so by making us feel important, welcome, & reassured. Our family can’t sing MCRM’s praises enough, & we hope your experience is the same. Choosing MCRM to help build your family is a decision you’ll never regret!

My husband and I tried for years to get pregnant. We went to MCRM where I was diagnosed with PCOS. It was nice having doctors listen and not just tell me my issues were related to my weight. We had an IUI but was unsuccessful. About a year later my husband and I were ready to try again. This time I received more medication, that ultimately lead to my beautiful baby being born last week. At the beginning of my pregnancy I couldn't get into an OBGYN until I would have been 12 weeks. MCRM continued to see me until I was able to get into my normal OB.
The staff is super friendly and understanding of frustrations, and special needs considering I lived 2 hours away.
I also expected to pay out the nose, but it ultimately wasn't too bad. Keep in mind though that medications can be expensive. After every appointment in the beginning someone from their financial services department...

I had a long, long road with Mcrm. Over 14 months of treatments, IUIs and IVF, and ended up switching to another clinic. I do not recommend this clinic for many reasons:

-poor communication. They would wait until 6 pm to send instructions and wouldn’t respond to messages for days. Even after I complained it didn’t make a difference.
-they overcharge - my clinic now bills insurance and I pay HALF of what I was paying out of pocket at MCRM for a transfer
-their scheduling is awful. They batch people into rounds claiming it’s better but then they use it as an excuse for why they don’t communicate well
-they are dismissive. they told me I could go back to work the day after my retrieval. It hurt to walk for almost a week. When I messaged my nurse how much pain I was in, she said it was “normal”.. During my second retrieval I had a different nurse give me...
