We had a terrible experience with this company. My belongings were broken and damaged during the move, and the company was not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. They were also very rude. We now realize that we could have found a better moving company that would have charged me less. We won't be using this company again and won't recommend them to anyone. We went with this company following reviewing ratings of similar moving companies and this one was rated the highest. However, I would not recommend them. First the quote we received was incorrect. The person who came to our home lied and said the material cost was included in the quote. When the movers arrived that was not true. Additionally, my TV was cracked during the move and when I tried to report this via the portal their website mysteriously did not work. Then when I tried to submit my rating regarding if I would recommend them to others (which obviously I would not) their website also would not accept my rating. Please do your due diligence as I do not believe the 5 rating is accurate. Read more >
