At the pick up location, they picked the boxes, and conveniently left the heavier items like refrigerator and the couch. They said truck was full., but obviously it was not. Half the time was spent on chatting, and only 1 of the 3 guys was doing most of the job.
At the drop off, the heavier boxes were left in the garage, when it was clearly labeled to be placed at the kitchen. 2 of the furniture shelves were broken during the move, and they just said it's common. Overall it was a bad experience. I just wanted it to be over with so I went ahead signed the papers. Read more >
