They got the job done eventually, but broke s***, undervalued what they broke when they paid for it and made me feel like I was a spy or a doofus for even catching and breaking s***. Worker was not going to fess up to it but I was upstairs watching while I was waiting on the elevator. Saw the dumbbell fall right into the laundry basket and break the handle off. Then they broke my chair but they said it was already that way and I didn't want to argue that one. Went to the wrong floor didn't work together very well to make it happen very quickly.
