Hired 2 guys from college hunks for labor only to move my refrigerator from the kitchen to the garage. It was noted clearly from the customer service representative that the fridge doors will need to be removed and replace back on. i was assured the guys were professionals and will take good care of things including wrapping it up. Well needless to say they came, didn't attempt to wrap it. ask me if i had tools like a screw driver, did not measure to see if it would fit through the doors then ask for a ladder to reach the top of the fridge. after looking at the top the guys agreed and said to be honest ma'am we don't know how to take the doors off. they called the supervisor to come help but he never showed up. they then stated sorry ma'am but you need to call the office for a refund. i had to hire a different company and pay another fee to get the job done.
