The two guys that helped me were kind and went above and beyond to move my 300 gallon fish tank, however; after loading the tank (with help from myself and an employee of the store it came from), they admitted that it was far heavier than they had expected and were going to return to my house after going back to the office and getting more help. Instead, they show up at my house an hour later with no extra help and require my help to move a 1,000lb+ glass box. This was NOT a three man job and I certainly don't expect to be charged $150 more than quoted for “an hours extra work” after having to help myself. Nice enough folks but I feel cheated and don’t appreciate the potentially massive liability issues. Read more >
