MB's Cleaning Service

I do not recommend the service they do not seem to have their stuff together I was very clear when I communicated what I wanted what I needed. They sent more people. The owner Marybeth kept calling and interrupting. Her staff themselves took pictures of my personal property while I was on site without my permission. Mary Beth kept calling and interrupting when I was trying to complete some thing. Her own staff admitted that they could only work up until 5 PM and that if they worked later that they would get in trouble. Mary Beth while I was out on an appointment had all her people pack up because I was short with her after she called me three times in a row. Their scheduling team does not seem to be in sync with their cleaners. She left us high and dry in a lurch, last minute Because of her poor staffing abilities.

I've been very happy with the quality of cleaning, the professionalism of the staff, the integrity and friendliness of the cleaners. Highly recommend.

Sara is a “super cleaner.” She leaves all areas sparkling clean and she is very personable and easy to work with.

Sara at MB’s is wonderful! She’s professional, thorough, friendly, and so sweet with all of our (many) pets. Knowing she’s coming is such a weight off my mind, since whatever else happens I know our house will be comfortable and clean!

I was lucky to receive Cleaning for a Reason due to cancer. MB cleaning did a great job and very nice to not have that burden lifted when I’m not feeling well. My place looks great:)
