Marina, did an amazing job, she asked us to make sure & we told her we didn’t need to, they always do a good job.

Communication between the company and the cleaners is not good. I asked well in advance for my regularly scheduled cleaning for today to be expanded to include the upstairs and the downstairs- my normal cleaning routine is just the upstairs. Because it was the day before Thanksgiving I asked the booking staff to let me know if doing both floors was going to be a problem, the booking staff said ‘no problem’. My cleaner came today and I asked her to start with the lower level and she didn’t have time to do the upper! She never got the message from the company. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements. The cleaners are good people, the company staff who respond to ‘info@mbcleaning.com’ are not thorough and they don’t communicate well to the cleaners. Somehow their communication system isn’t working well. If you need something extra or out of the ordinary to be done this is not...

Have been with MB’s for about a year and a half and am very pleased with my cleaner, Jennifer. She is thorough, remembers the ins and outs of our home, and my dog loves when she comes to clean! MB’s has been good to work with, we’re both flexible when something comes up, but overall, we stay on schedule. I feel I’m getting a good value for the work.

I paid over $900 for a move in cleaning service and was expecting the crew to bring in their own supplies for disinfecting a new home. They only bring water and vinegar solution to clean every surface. The old owners had a pet and my children are highly allergic. I mentioned this many times.
Since the crew was so great I decided to supply my own products and schedule a second service. I was overcharged and when I called in to ask for a breakdown I was told that the original price that they had offered me had been changed. I was not informed about this change prior to the service. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of unprofessional customer service and lack of transparency. They can keep the money but will never have me as a recurring client.
