Buyer Beware! We hired this company to clean a townhouse that we own, in preparation for it to be used by a relative. We read the reviews, but maybe not carefully enough. The townhouse was decent but needed to be cleaned. The window wells were really dirty having probably only being cleaned a few times. The issue for us was twofold. The cleaners claimed that they were cleaning the place for 9 hours. We asked for one person and they sent 3. They said the third one was in training and would be free. So, this 1,700 square foot townhome took three people 9 hours? I questioned the owner, but all she was interested in was charging our credit card. I told her I would be writing to warn others. I do not recommend the service they do not seem to have their stuff together I was very clear when I communicated what I wanted what I needed. They sent more people. The owner Marybeth kept calling and interrupting. Her staff themselves took pictures of my personal property while I was on site without my permission. Mary Beth kept calling and interrupting when I was trying to complete some thing. Her own staff admitted that they could only work up until 5 PM and that if they worked later that they would get in trouble. Mary Beth while I was out on an appointment had all her people pack up because I was short with her after she called me three times in a row. Their scheduling team does not seem to be in sync with their cleaners. She left us high and dry in a lurch, last minute Because of her poor staffing abilities. Read more >
