Best buying experience I have ever had!!!!! They were patient with me since it took a few days to get approved and called me everyday giving me updates even though they had other people trying to buy the car they didn't sell the car up from under me and actually saved the car for me. I appreciate the great service I got from this place from David and the owner.

I purchased a car with Mazal today and have to say it was THE most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! From my first inquiry to driving off of the lot with a car I've been shopping months for.... I was treated respectfully, kindly and without an ounce of pressure! They even allowed me to take the vehicle across town to my own mechanic for complete inspection. I've purchased many vehicles new and used over the years and I with complete confidence would return and refer my own family and friends. Thank you Mazal for going above and beyond!

Was looking to add e60 m5 to my collection but these guys were extremely rude as hell. The car was decent, I was interested in driving the vehicle and when I asked to drive the car the they gave me a load of attitude saying "you have to be pre financed or have cash ready to go to test drive their cars". I have never been treated like this before and they told me "every one wants to drive an M5, we can't just let you take it out" however they definetly didn't take into consideration that I showed up in my SL55 AMG worth 3 times as much as an M5 with 80k miles on it!
Oh well, they lost out on a sale. I guess that's what I get for going to "dealership" in the ghetto. Definitely going to stick to more reputable dealers without all the scumbags.

This dealership sold me an unsafe vehicle, insisting it had been inspected by a mechanic, and refusing to compensate for any of the over $1,400 in repairs required to get it operational. Wait, they said that the discount from retail asking price to the price paid was compensation for any repairs required, that I had gotten such a good deal. Yes, they really said that. Radiator went the morning after I brought it home, brakes were unsafe (one caliper had rusted so much it was seized and not working, was told they were "good" by Mazal), also leaking oil from the transfer case at a steady and unacceptable amount. They swore no leaks during and after purchase. If you buy a vehicle from them, PLEASE insist on getting it looked at by a real mechanic, not theirs. It could cost you a lot otherwise.

I was in the market for a STI Limited and found the one at Mazal Motors. I actually walked out my first try trying to haggle them down but after researching more in depth found it to be the best buy on the market even when comparing it to the lower model STI. A noise that I heard during the test drive was fixed as requested and also weeks later they called back telling me they had found more paperwork on the vehicle (modifcation reciepts, maintence, etc), which surprised me they even bothered considering the sale was over and done, they gained nothing from calling me and getting me the papers. Great Service!

I was looking at a car on their website. filled out the application for a loan on their site too. Gabriel calls back and I right away got that cocky vibe from him. He was talking on the phone but he was doing other stuff so that the phone was away from his mouth, making it difficult to hear him. This made me not want to go look at the car, let alone hear what his company can do for me. I went to a different dealership and got the same car, with a lot less hassle.
