Mazal Motors

I drove 30 miles to test drive a Ford Mustang that looked beautiful in the pictures on their website. I get there, and the car has serious hail damage. The salesman said the car was advertised as hail damaged on their website, which it was not. And they want $12,000 for it! Unbelievable waste of time.

My husband purchased a 2007 Lexus LS460 from them, we are out of state so we asked if the care was really as good as the pictures. We were told yes that it was flawless... car showed up and had obviously been in a hail storm... covered in dents. checking now if we can return... I would not recommend doing business with them if you are out of the area.

Salesman new what was on the lot and cared for what we were interested in.

Was not impressed with the vehicle or the salesman. Curbstone style photos of the car. Salesman had a severe lack of enthusiasm to say the least. Vehicle was clean, but not in very good shape for the price.

Lied about hail damage on the phone. Showed up 30 minutes late for opening when I called the night before and confirmed it with them. Wanted to physically get in a fight with the dealer there. Worst dealership experience ever

Small lot, had a few communication issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I did not feel pressured. Owner came over and spoke with us and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
