They were able to find me good loan options and followed through on their end. They also car about your experience after you buy the car and do want to know if you have issues or questions. The price was good and they were honest about the cars history and were honest if they didnt have an answer.

I bought my used car from Mazal Motors several years back & I found them at the time to be very reliable, helpful, and trustworthy. I had the opportunity of recontacting them recently to source some upgrades for my car and had the same experience. Mazal Motors is a family run business & they will go out of their way to take great care of you - I highly recommend them!

Gabriel did a fantastic job handling our purchase! I found pretty much the exact car I wanted online and bought it the same day - after two test drives. I actually had a hold on another car and released it to purchase this car. I was hesitant to use a small car dealership, especially with the experience I had at a small dealer on Colfax the night before. However Mazal Motors treated us very well. I didn't feel the need to negotiate the price as the price was spot on. Tires were good, car mats, and books were in the car! The windshield was chipped and Gabriel indicated that must have just happened while on the lot (which I can believe given traffic on Colfax). He had it replaced (we actually brought the car back a few days after taking delivery) and sure enough, the work was done as he said it would be. My visit to Mazal Motors was an all around bad experience. The photos they had posted on their website were not of the same vehicle they were selling on their lot. The vehicle on their lot was the same make and model as the one depicted on their website, but in much worse condition with several clear differences between the two. Also, the sales person I spoke to while I was there was very condescending towards me. This was made all the worse by the fact that I kept noticing him staring at my breasts as I was looking at the car which made me extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend that anyone, especially women, avoid Mazal Motors and seek out a more reputable car dealership. One that dosen't use bait and switch tactics and treats their customers with respect.

Sadly it was time for a new car. BUT I was grateful to find these guys!!!! From the first phone call, days before I drove out to the dealership, Gabriel was alternative, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. I wasn't sure on exactly what I wanted. Gabriel understood my needs as a first time buyer and catered to them. I did explain to Gabriel on what features I wanted on the car. Gabriel pulled multiple cars out for me to try out. Finally a 2017 Toyota Camry caught my eyes. Gabriel was honest. He took the time to go over all the extra details of the vehicle . He was considerated and respectful of my financial needs. Not friendly. Not willing to work with you. Obviously does not want to take care of you only wants money. Don’t waste your time. Seriously!

If zero stars were possible that is how I would rate this place. A little over a month ago I noticed the Mitsubishi Evo they had for sale. I called the day previous to confirm hours. Website shows 7pm, but was told 6pm. Arrived before closing hours to find a vacant lot. When I was able to speak to someone they said they wanted a pre-approval letter from my financial institution to even test drive. I asked if they were willing to negotiate, and they guy said it was priced to sell even though the car had been there almost a month. GUESS WHAT!? The car is still there. So much for "priced to sell". So instead of buying from this company I was able to fly to Iowa. Buy the car I wanted (with less miles), and drive it back for $3000.00 less, including all expenses.
